Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in project or program management within healthcare, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments.
- Proven ability to operate with executive stakeholders and navigate competing priorities.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements definition, or solution delivery.
- Experience leading or supporting large-scale healthcare platform implementations (e.g., EHR, data platforms, or enterprise clinical systems), including complex integrations and multi-stakeholder delivery.
- Strong ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous problem spaces.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Rally).
