• Architect server and storage solutions optimized for AI/ML and HPC workloads • Design GPU-enabled compute platforms, including dense and scale-out architectures • Lead technical discovery sessions to ensure infrastructure designs align with application and data requirements • Develop reference architectures and best practices for AI-focused infrastructure deployments • Assess and integrate technologies from vendors such as HPE, Dell, VAST Data, Pure Storage, DDN and WEKA • Provide support for proof of concepts (POCs), benchmarking, and performance optimization for AI and HPC workloads • Collaborate with networking architects to achieve comprehensive system balance and optimal performance • Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section • Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts • Other duties as assigned

• Design, deploy, and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, virtualization, and cloud services. • Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities. • Implement and maintain security best practices across systems, networks, and applications. • Ensure system availability, reliability, and disaster recovery readiness. • Manage backup and recovery processes, patch management, and capacity planning. • Troubleshoot infrastructure-related incidents and provide Level 2/3 support. • Collaborate with application, security, and operations teams to ensure smooth IT service delivery. • Document infrastructure configurations, policies, and standard operating procedures. • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and solutions to optimize infrastructure performance and cost. • Ensure compliance with IT policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Lead the design, build, and operation of scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure across AWS and Heroku. • Own cloud foundations, networking, automation, and operational excellence while partnering closely with application and platform teams. • Make pragmatic architectural decisions, lead hands-on implementation efforts, improve reliability and cost efficiency, and raise the overall cloud maturity of the organization across both IaaS and PaaS environments.
