• This role is responsible for creating an inclusive and equitable recruitment experience that ensures every candidate has the opportunity to bring the best of themselves throughout the hiring process. • This includes continually developing a strong understanding of organisational objectives and business plans, while actively building market and business knowledge to support effective workforce planning and the attraction of high‑quality, diverse top talent. • You will use your expertise in meetings with hiring managers, advising, influencing, and encouraging the adoption of best‑practice recruitment approaches. • You will follow the recruitment framework across each stage of the hiring funnel, applying strong project‑management skills to maintain structure, consistency, and momentum. • A key part of the role involves reviewing sourcing campaign data to build insight into candidate markets and adopting a consultative approach to refining attraction strategies. • You will work closely with hiring managers, maintaining regular communication to align recruitment activity, meet agreed SLAs and KPIs, and ensure a positive candidate experience that strengthens the employer brand. • The role also requires accurate, real‑time updates across recruitment systems, ensuring high‑quality record‑keeping and productivity. This includes effective use of the ATS and other agreed systems to track progress, automate tasks, and support a seamless recruitment process.
Salesforce Analyst

• Administer, maintain and support Salesforce (Sales and Service Cloud), ensuring systems are reliable, secure and meet service expectations. • Design and deliver enhancements including automation, reports and new functionality. • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology, translating requirements into effective solutions. • Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues, contributing to continuous service improvement. • Work within change and release processes to ensure safe and controlled system updates. • Support users and promote best practice to improve adoption and user experience.
Principal Safeguarding Manager

• As one of our Principal Safeguarding Managers, you will be strategically responsible for the promotion of best practice in safeguarding across the UK. • Ensure that children, young people and vulnerable adults are safeguarded through leadership and advice provided to managers and practitioners in complex matters. • Review and audit the effectiveness of safeguarding arrangements across the whole of the charity’s functions. • Ensure that relevant reports are provided for the Director of Safeguarding and Quality Assurance, ELT and trustees as required. • Build effective relationships with managers and staff and provide leadership, support, and challenge. • Undertake case reviews and whistleblowing and other investigations where there is a need to review the effectiveness of safeguarding arrangements. • Establish and lead multi-disciplinary project teams. • Design and deliver safeguarding learning events both face-to-face and online.
Legacy Marketing Manager

• Developing Action for Children’s short term and long-term planning of marketing legacy strategies to maximise the potential of legacy income. • Directly manage a team of professional fundraisers. • Effectively manage the legacy acquisition and retention campaigns. • Drive robust and insight-led supporter-centred journeys to maximise engagement. • Lead the Legacy Marketing team to successfully achieve set targets and KPIs. • Produce regular and consistent financial and activity reports for Management and other Senior Managers. • Build effective and efficient relationships with prospective supporters, legacy pledgers, staff, and solicitors.
Marketing and Recruitment Officer

• Delivering primarily digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, to raise awareness of Fostering across England. • Creative design, implementation and budget management of social media advertising including Facebook & Instagram. • Driving qualified traffic from the agreed social media channels to our new Fostering website with a goal of increasing overall user engagement. • Managing PCP campaigns and reporting on overall ROI. • Reporting on website and traffic analytics using Google Analytics.
