Senior Manager, CLM Implementation
DLS Discovery, LLC
• Lead end-to-end CLM implementations across platforms including Ironclad, Agiloft, Sirion, Icertis, and others. • Configure workflows, approval paths, templates, clause libraries, metadata structures, and business rules. • Design and coordinate system integrations with Salesforce, ERP systems, vendor management tools, repositories, and other enterprise platforms. • Build, manage, or coordinate API connectors with internal engineering or vendor teams. • Lead UAT, SIT, migration coordination, deployment, and go-live support. • Work closely with legal, procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions. • Guide internal migration, abstraction, and data validation teams during implementations. • Develop and maintain implementation documentation, including configuration specifications, workflow diagrams, admin guides, and playbooks. • Train client teams and internal analysts on platform usage, best practices, and ongoing enhancements. • Provide post-production support, including workflow enhancements and optimisation.
Job Requirements
- 7–12+ years of hands-on CLM implementation experience.
- Experience implementing at least one major CLM platform (Ironclad preferred; Agiloft, Sirion, Icertis acceptable).
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, workflow automation, metadata models, and data structures.
- Experience managing legacy migrations, metadata mapping, and CLM clean-ups.
- Ability to independently manage enterprise-scale implementations.
- Strong technical documentation, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across legal, IT, procurement, and business teams.
- Multi-platform CLM implementation experience.
- Background in engineering, computer science, or technical delivery.
- Experience working with Salesforce integrations and enterprise system landscapes.
- CLM platform certifications (Ironclad, Agiloft, Sirion, Icertis, etc.).
- Experience building standardized implementation frameworks or playbooks.
