As our Channel Sales, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to improve patient outcomes. You’ll manage indirect sales in your territory and lead relationships with distributors, ensuring our innovative solutions reach Operating Rooms, Critical Care, and Emergency Departments across public hospitals in Central and Northern Spain. - Differentiates Mindray’s product offerings by conveying compelling value propositions, leading opportunities, developing and presenting solutions proposals and quotations, closing complex sales and responding to customers' clinical/technical questions. - Establishes & continuously develops relationships with departmental & technical decision makers in conjunction both direct and via distributors, to gain access to C-Suite decision makers. Clinical, technical and commercial expert for assigned products and solutions. - Creates business and territory plan for assigned accounts including, but not limited to opportunity development, competitive strategies and installed base targets. - Creates and maintains opportunities in the applicable sales funnel tool. Works with sales leaders and distributors to increase prospects and drive closure of opportunities to meet sales, orders, and margin targets. - Provides training to all distributor members on strategy and product offerings. - Represents the company at trade association meetings to promote product and company. - Demonstrates professionalism and credibility with KOL in the Patient Monitoring and Life Support arena. - Engages in clinical, technical and commercial networking. - Conducts weekly reporting including activity reports, forecasting and opportunity reporting. - Manages territory demo stock requirements. - Exceeds quarterly and annual territory sales targets. - Follows trends in healthcare planning. - Monitors competitive activity. Qualifications - Proven success selling medical capital equipment (ideally Patient Monitoring & Life Support) into OR, Critical Care, and Emergency departments. - Experience managing distributor networks. - A strong track record of sales growth and business development. - Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills. - Fluent in Spanish and English. - Independent, proactive, and results-driven. - Ability to work without sponsorship in Spain.
