• Develop customers/distributors/ agencies/OEM and other partners, ensure to achieve sales objectives in new segment. • Utilize deep understanding to segment, customers and competitors, develop and implement feasible sales strategies of new segment. • Develop customers, build pipelines and track effectively to win orders and achieve the sales objectives. • Realize sales revenue from 0 -1 in new segment within the first year. • Build customers and partners` engagement with Signode and maintain a long term and sustainable business relationship. • Marketing intelligence e.g.: competitors, new technology, development trend, on timely feedback to company for business decision • Work as the window/bridge between internal and external and as owner to drive business/orders to meet customer requirements. • Timely feedback company required reports • Other tasks being assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, majored at mechanical, chemical or related
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience, mechanical product background
  • Very Good customer resources at China chemical industry
  • Good Microsoft 365
  • Excellent selling/ negotiation skills
  • Can read and write with English, listening& speaking skill are preferred

SUMMARY The Account Coordinator is foundational for the Accounts Team. Clients and team members count on you to keep project workflows seamless and efficient. When the work is flying, you keep your cool and focus on the details, efficiently prioritizing and adjusting your workflow. You take full ownership over project plans and confidently navigate client relationships while meeting deadlines.
