Role Description We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Lead – Partnerships to own and scale our agency and ecosystem partnerships at PushOwl. This role will be responsible for building high-impact collaborations, driving revenue through partners, and shaping our partnerships strategy end-to-end. If you have strong experience in the Shopify ecosystem (or eCommerce SaaS), enjoy building relationships at scale, and can turn partnerships into a growth engine — this role is for you. • Test customer and supplier web applications across core workflows. • Validate user signup, login, part upload, file processing, printability analysis, supplier matching, RFQ creation, quote submission, and order flows. • Create and maintain QA checklists, test cases, and regression test plans. • Test across browsers, devices, file types, and edge cases. • Identify bugs, reproduce them clearly, and document expected vs. actual behavior. • Verify bug fixes before release. • Monitor production applications to make sure core workflows are online and functioning. • Watch for failed uploads, broken pages, API errors, background job failures, and unusual customer behavior. • Analyze how customers are using the platform. • Investigate bugs in the frontend, backend, APIs, database, or integrations.

• Create 3D CAD models from 2D drawings, sketches, reference images, measurements, or customer specifications. • Modify existing CAD files to improve fit, strength, manufacturability, or printability. • Prepare parts for 3D printing across processes such as FDM, SLS, SLA, MJF, and metal additive manufacturing. • Convert and clean files between formats such as STEP, STL, IGES, 3MF, DXF, and DWG. • Review part geometry for common 3D printing issues such as thin walls, overhangs, unsupported features, tolerances, warping risk, and assembly fit. • Create simple technical drawings with dimensions, tolerances, materials, and notes when needed. • Work with the Accio3D team to recommend design changes based on material, process, and supplier capabilities. • Help build a repeatable workflow for converting legacy and replacement parts into manufacturable 3D-printed parts. • Maintain organized files, revision history, and documentation for each part.

• Modernise Legacy Services Using AI • Use AI to analyse codebases, understand dependencies, and extract clean APIs • Work on high-impact legacy services that block divisional delivery speed • Implement strangler fig patterns and other proven migration approaches • Deliver modernised services with comprehensive tests, documentation, and multi-instance deployment capabilities • Complete service modernisations in fast cycles with monthly milestones • Use AI to accelerate every phase: analysis, refactoring, testing, documentation • Hand off modernised services to Platform Services or divisions with clear ownership • Demonstrate measurable improvements: faster APIs, better performance, higher reliability • Build AI-Powered Development Infrastructure • Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for service discovery, dependency mapping, and architecture compliance • Create AI-assisted CI/CD pipelines with automated code review, security scanning, and test generation • Build automation using Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and LLM APIs • Develop reusable AI tooling that other engineers can adopt • Use AI for all coding tasks: refactoring, test creation, documentation, debugging • Achieve measurable and significant productivity improvements through AI integration • Document patterns and share learnings through your work • Train teams during service handoffs on AI-enabled workflows you've built • Demonstrate when to use AI vs when human judgement is critical

• Contribute to the development of cloud-native products and services. • Learn and collaborate with the team to design and implement the product roadmap. • Support cloud infrastructure deployments using our client's products, including troubleshooting and problem resolution. • Continuously monitor and improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of our product line.

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube), and Microsoft Bing Ads • Build high-performing campaign structures including ad sets, audiences, ad groups, creatives, and bidding strategies • Design and run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, landing pages, and audience segments • Manage campaign budgets and pacing to maximize ROI and scale profitable campaigns • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and LTV • Identify high-performing audience segments and scale winning campaigns • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor benchmarking • Implement advanced targeting strategies including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and custom segments • Set up and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Bing UET • Monitor funnel performance and attribution models across channels • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights • Identify opportunities to improve conversion funnels and campaign efficiency • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives • Provide data-driven creative briefs based on campaign insights • Work with product and CRO teams to optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications using Swift. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile and extreme programming practices. • Practice pair programming and contribute to a collaborative coding culture. • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient app deployment and delivery. • Write clean, testable code and follow TDD principles to ensure software quality. • Participate in code reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups. • Stay current with iOS trends and continuously bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Design and implement AI-powered features within the platform (e.g., automation, recommendations, copilots) • Integrate LLMs and/or ML models into existing services and workflows • Evaluate, select, and optimize AI tools, APIs, and frameworks for production use • Collaborate with Product to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions • Build and maintain scalable backend services to support AI functionality • Profile, test, and optimize performance of AI-integrated systems • Ensure reliability, security, and cost-efficiency of AI components in production • Contribute to architecture decisions around AI integration and system design • Partner with engineering teams to embed AI into existing applications without degrading stability

• Hands-on Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs using Python. • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented object-oriented code. • Ensure best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment. • Technical Leadership & Resolution: Provide technical guidance, ensuring high-quality software solutions. • Architect and design system-level solutions, considering scalability and performance. • Act as a technical mentor for developers, conducting code reviews and guiding design discussions. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.

• Design, develop, and maintain software systems using modern frameworks and technologies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. • Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications work on various devices and screen sizes. • Develop and integrate REST, GraphQL and RPC APIs. • Conduct thorough testing of applications, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing. • Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs. • Be part of a support rota for production issues or outages. • Tame technical debt which arises from the normal delivery process. • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
