• As the HR Operations Administrator, you will be a key contributor to the HR operations BPO services for our SAP Solutions MPS (Managed Payroll Services) team. • This role includes delivery assurance with high quality operational support across, but not limited to, time management, benefits management, pensions, insurances and garnishments. • You will also orchestrate the delivery of HR services to our customers, ensuring the effective execution of tasks within the team. • This role also involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuous operational excellence. • You will support in maintaining local HR business process standards. • You will support continuous improvement while collaborating with clients and country teams to assess and manage localization activities, process deviations, recommending optimal solutions that align with both organizational and client needs. • Process HR service cases and provide appropriate resolutions. • Collaborate with HR Operations Specialists and Senior Specialists when needed. • Calculate, maintain and update complex data records in HR systems in relation to, but not limited to, Benefits, Pension and Insurance, Time Tracking and Garnishment. • Process Document management where client self-service is not possible. • Process client invoice reconciliations from multiple third parties and local governance. • Support the change order management process for internal applications and where applicable liaise with third parties for third party change order management. • Participate in testing and validation as required for small system updates and simple configuration changes (e.g. new wage types). • Manage the maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Detailed Work Instructions (DWIs), guidelines, and other process documentation, ensuring consistency across regions while incorporating local deviations. • Maintain close communication with key stakeholders (including country teams and clients) to ensure consistent application of global and local standards, procedures and process changes. • Participate in data controls using the SAP Payroll Control Centre tool and SAP integration data monitoring tool and process SD Worx scope data corrections when necessary. • Adhere to service level agreements and deadlines for payroll processing. • Communicate with external parties, such as tax authorities and benefit providers, when necessary. • Provide support, guidance, and training to HR Operations Associates, ensuring best practices and compliance with local regulations. • Process Year End activities.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Danish languages
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations and/or Payroll outsourcing within an enterprise environment.
  • Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with HR processes such as, but not limited to, Time Tracking, Benefits, Garnishments, Pensions, Insurances and document management.
  • Experience with calculations, data processing and administrative tasks.
  • Knowledge about Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet client needs efficiently.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks for the team effectively, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Good problem-solving and resolution skills.
  • High attention to details and strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop payroll expertise.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, Call Centre technology, HR analytics and automation tools is a plus.
  • Certification such as PHR, or CIPD is a plus.

Role Description The Accommodation Specialist is responsible for administering and managing employee ADA and leave programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employees requesting leave and works closely with HR, payroll, and management to ensure a smooth and compliant ADA and leave process. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: - (95%) ADA and Leave Administration - Manages the full lifecycle of ADA accommodation requests from intake through resolution. - Conducts and documents the interactive process with HRBPs, employees, and managers. - Partners with ADA administrator to review medical documentation and determine eligibility for accommodations. - Partners with HR, legal, and management to assess reasonable accommodations and undue hardship. - Coordinates workplace accommodation (e.g., modified duties, schedules, assistive equipment). - Communicates with HRBPs and employees regarding eligibility, rights, responsibilities, and leave status. - Monitors ADA leave durations and follows up on extensions, recertifications, and return documentation. - Tracks and maintains accurate case records in HRIS or case management systems. - Ensures ongoing enterprise-wide compliance with ADA/ADAAA, PWFA, Title VII, and state and local accommodation requirements. - Collaborates with Leave of Absence and Benefits teams regarding overlapping cases (e.g., FMLA, disability leave, and workers’ compensation). - Leads and advises on return-to-work and stay-at-work strategies, including job modification, transitional duty, and phased returns. - Designs and implements process, policy, and workflow improvements to improve efficiency, consistency, and associate experience. - Contributes to and influences accommodation-related policies, guidelines, manager toolkits, and training development. - Serves as an internal advocate and educator, promoting organizational awareness of accommodation obligations, inclusive practices, and shared accountability. - Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and medical information. - (5%) Completes other tasks and projects as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 2–4+ years of experience in ADA case management, HR, employee relations, or leave administration. - Demonstrated expertise in multi-state accommodation compliance, interactive process best practices, and emerging accommodation laws. - Experience in interpreting medical documentation. - Experience with HRIS systems and case management tools. - Professional certification such as SHRM, PHR, or CLMS certification strongly preferred.
