Role Description We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Supply Planning professional to lead end-to-end supply planning across a 3–12 month horizon. This role will own translating demand signals into actionable production plans, managing co-manufacturing allocation, and driving inventory strategies that support both retail and DTC growth. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, balances analytical rigor with operational execution, and can confidently navigate ambiguity to keep supply plans aligned with business growth objectives. Supply Planning: - Build and maintain the long-range supply plan - Translate demand signals into monthly and weekly production targets for each SKU - Work directly in Tether to build, maintain and update supply plans — this is your primary tool - Identify supply gaps, capacity constraints and risk before they become problems Co-Man Allocation: - Using the production teams directions on co-man capacity and product allocation, build the production plan that assigns volume to each co-man partner - Coordinate with the team on production feasibility, lead times and scheduling inputs - Track plan vs. actuals and flag variances — production shortfalls, schedule misses, raw material delays - Support the onboarding of new co-man partners by building production plans in advance of go-live Inventory Strategy: - Own safety stock targets, days on hand goals and reorder points across all SKUs and channels - Model inventory scenarios — what happens if demand exceeds plan, if a co-man misses, if a new retail account launches ahead of schedule - Keep finished goods inventory within target ranges — not too lean, not overbuilt - Flag OOS risk and overstock positions before they impact retail fill rates or DTC fulfillment S&OP Contribution: - Deliver the supply-side picture before each weekly S&OP — constraints, risks, plan vs. actuals - Own the supply plan inputs that connect to the demand number to manufacturing's production schedule - Support the S&OP process as it matures — this cadence is being built, and you will help shape it Qualifications - 5+ years of supply planning experience at a CPG brand — you have done this before at a company that was scaling - You have built supply plans from a demand forecast, not just maintained someone else's spreadsheet - You are comfortable in Tether, NetSuite or equivalent planning and ERP systems — you learn new tools quickly - You understand the co-manufacturing model — you know what it means to plan production across multiple external partners - You are data-driven but not data-dependent — you can make a call when the data is incomplete - You communicate clearly. When there's a risk, you name it. When there's a tradeoff, you explain it. - You have worked in a lean team and are comfortable owning a domain without much process already in place Requirements - 5+ years of supply planning experience at a CPG brand - Experience building supply plans from a demand forecast - Comfortable in Tether, NetSuite or equivalent planning and ERP systems - Understanding of the co-manufacturing model - Data-driven decision-making skills - Clear communication skills - Experience working in a lean team Benefits - Competitive salary - Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) plan with company match - Flexible work hours - Opportunities for professional development
