• Design, implementation and optimization of Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive • Planning and execution of iCloud replacements or integrations using App Protection Policies (MAM) and structured OneDrive migrations • Consulting on information architecture, collaboration concepts and user adoption • Design and operation of modern workplace solutions with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) • Implementation of Windows 11 rollouts, device strategies and security baselines • Creation and maintenance of smartphone and device policies (iOS, Android, Windows) • Design and implementation of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments • Design and implementation of modern identity solutions with Microsoft Entra ID • Implementation of Conditional Access, MFA and Zero Trust principles • Migration and decommissioning of on‑premises Active Directory environments • Establishment of governance policies and compliance controls as a sustainable foundation for secure cloud environments • Planning and implementation of Azure Landing Zones (identity, management, security)
Job Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a Microsoft Consultant, Cloud Architect, or in a comparable role
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and Azure
- Proven hands-on experience with: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive MDM/MAM concepts and mobile security (especially Intune)
- Azure Landing Zones and cloud governance
- Identity and security architectures (Zero Trust)
- Experience in migrating on-premises infrastructures to the cloud
- Strong understanding of security, compliance and governance requirements
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong customer orientation
- Experience with technical leadership in projects and workshops in close collaboration with customers, architects and internal teams
- Speak German at least B2 level and also speak English at least B2 level.
