Position: US - Staffing - Senior Organic Search Analyst Location: Remote Contract Duration: 6 months Job Description: Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Organic Search Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will bring advanced analytical expertise and strategic vision to optimize our SEO marketing efforts. You will play a critical role in measuring and enhancing our visibility across traditional search engines and next-generation discovery platforms, including GenAI search platforms like Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. This position reports to the Senior Manager of SEO and collaborates closely with the SEO team to drive business outcomes and improve visibility in the evolving search landscape. Responsibilities: - Own SEO analytics measurement across digital properties, including libertymutual.com. - Build, refine, and QA dashboards using PowerBI, Google Search Console, and Adobe Analytics to track rankings, visibility, and traffic. - Identify performance shifts and recommend strategies for continuous improvement and growth of the organic search channel. - Develop and maintain an SEO valuation model to connect SEO wins to business value and prioritize improvements. - Support ongoing reporting needs, including Monthly Operating Reports (MORs) and pre-funnel website traffic analysis. - Leverage Adobe Analytics to uncover on-site behavior trends and collaborate with UX teams to make data-driven recommendations. - Ensure accurate SEO tagging, tracking, and data integrity within Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and other platforms. - Analyze competitors and performance trends, providing actionable insights through clear data visuals. - Collaborate with Paid Media, Media Economics, and Web Analytics teams to integrate SEO into broader marketing strategies. - Conduct competitive and market analyses to monitor share of voice and evaluate changes in consumer search behavior. - Explore additional data sources to enhance competitiveness and technical performance reporting. - Support the SEO team in designing experiments and measuring results to improve SEO performance. Qualifications: - 5-7+ years of experience in SEO analytics, organic growth, or digital marketing analytics, preferably in a complex, enterprise environment. - Strong communication and PowerPoint skills to translate complex data into clear, strategic narratives. - Proficiency in Adobe Analytics is strongly preferred. - Experience with web analytics and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms. - Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis is a plus. - In-depth knowledge of SEO ranking signals and search algorithms. - Passion for uncovering insights through analytics, testing, and AI-driven innovation. - Background in data-intensive verticals such as financial services, e-commerce, insurance, or SaaS is preferred. • As an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Resource, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle HCM applications while bridging the gap between technical and functional aspects. • Lead or assist in the implementation, customization, and configuration of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs. • Develop and maintain technical designs, integrations, data migrations, and customizations using Oracle tools such as SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas,OIC etc. • Understand HR processes and requirements to provide functional expertise in aligning technology solutions with business objectives. • Design, implement, and audit Oracle HCM Security Profiles, Data Roles, and Abstract Roles. Ensure strict adherence to data privacy standards and least-privilege access models across all HCM domains. • Leverage Oracle HCM AI and Generative AI capabilities (e.g., AI-assisted recruiting, suggested skills, and automated career paths) to enhance the employee experience and predictive analytics. • Provide technical support, issue resolution, and performance tuning for Oracle HCM applications. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of HCM systems. • Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and conduct training sessions for end-users when necessary.
