• Provide technical support for Philips solutions • Perform installations, upgrades, preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and related activities at customer sites • Provide remote and on-site technical support to implementation and project teams • Act as technical lead for small to medium implementations, managing technical escalations and ensuring timely resolution • Perform remote monitoring, manage alerts, open incident tickets, and drive incident resolution while maintaining clear customer communication and accurate documentation • Collaborate with Healthcare Information Systems implementation teams during deployment and post go-live, including integration activities, third-party device connectivity, and data exploitation
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer Science or Biomedical Engineering (or other equivalent field)
- Over 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- A valid driving license required, with the ability and willingness to travel across the Castilla y León area
- Experience with healthcare IT products and strong knowledge of integration standards and technologies such as HL7, FHIR, web services, and related interoperability concepts
- Experience working with Oracle and/or SQL databases, Windows operating systems, and remote support tools
- Fluent Spanish speaker with a good level of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, eager to collaborate, and motivated to help improve customer environments through technical insight and optimization
