• Scale high-intent B2B lead generation primarily through Google Search • Optimize campaigns toward cost per deal, not just CPL • Manage and allocate meaningful monthly budgets • Improve lead quality while increasing volume • Work closely with sales to understand SQL-to-deal performance • Build and maintain clear performance forecasting models (traffic → lead → deal) • Continuously test, iterate, and scale profitable segments
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads / Paid Search
- Proven experience scaling B2B lead generation
- Clear understanding of CPL vs cost per deal economics
- Experience managing medium to large monthly budgets
- Analytical, data-driven decision maker
- Fluent English (you’ll work directly with US leadership)
- Comfortable with high ownership and performance accountability
- Nice to Have: Experience in high-ticket B2B industries
- Multi-channel paid experience (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience with long sales cycles and attribution modeling
- Exposure to revenue forecasting

Review and upload official documents (ordinances, zoning codes, permit forms). Use judgment to identify what information is relevant for permitting workflows. Work closely with analysts and team leads to close data gaps and clarify inconsistencies. Support quality control and data collection efforts across multiple regions.
