• Build Pipeline & Close New Partnerships • Identify, prioritize, and develop high-value partnership opportunities aligned with growth strategy for Beacon and SnapMailbox • Own outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, partnerships, and creative channels to generate new pipeline • Lead discovery, positioning and deal strategy for each opportunity • Structure partnership models and negotiate terms to drive mutual value • Own full deal cycle from first touch through signed agreement • Maintain a disciplined pipeline with clear stage progression, prioritization, and forecasting • Lead partner kickoff and ensure smooth transition from signed deal to go-live • Align internal teams and partners on launch plan, timelines, and initial execution • Ensure partners have the tools, messaging, and access needed to succeed • Drive measurable early performance in the first 30–60 days • Identify and remove initial friction to get partners producing results quickly • Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to support ongoing success • Share insights from partner conversations to improve strategy and execution
This position is remote; however, we do require employees to reside in the Greater Houston Area in the event that an in-person training/event occurs. About You To empower the aspirational so our clients can fulfill their dreams, we need a Document Specialist to review each document carefully, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines, all while creating an exceptional customer experience. You will take ownership of obtaining, reviewing, and assembling documentation promptly, while consistently keeping customers up-to-date. This role will help us provide everything needed for searching, filing and maintaining of a trademark to protect the name, brand, slogan or logo for the life of its use, with the potential for expanded documentation responsibilties. Leveraging legal knowledge and technology, utilizing the combined skills of our founders, we have streamlined the process and trained our Document Specialists to help our clients every step of the way. • Conduct and review trademark searches and provide strategic advice and risk analyses. • Advise clients on the registrability and strength of their marks. • File a high volume of trademark applications at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. • Respond to Office actions. • Assist senior trademark attorneys with their caseloads. • Increase access to the law by helping small businesses register trademarks and spend more time giving legal advice than powering through administrative minutiae. • Contribute to Swyft Legal’s mission and help us strategically grow in our efforts to give more people access to legal services as we expand our services.
• Source & Close New Partnerships • Identify and qualify partners aligned with Beacon and SnapMailbox growth goals • Lead outreach and manage conversations through deal execution • Maintain a structured pipeline with clear stage progression and forecasting • Coordinate internally to ensure launch readiness • Launch & Activate • Own partner onboarding and activation planning • Ensure partners have the tools, messaging, and access needed to succeed • Drive measurable early performance in the first 30–60 days • Identify and remove friction during launch • Manage & Grow Active Partnerships • Serve as primary relationship owner post-activation • Monitor performance against revenue and engagement targets • Lead regular performance check-ins • Identify optimization and expansion opportunities • Drive Accountability & Insight • Report weekly on pipeline health, deal velocity, and early performance • Flag risks, stalled deals, or underperforming launches early • Use data to inform execution improvements, not just status updates • Share insights to improve future partnership strategy and execution
• Design, pilot, and scale revenue generating sales strategies aligned to 360 Legals’ products and customer segments • Build and execute new sales motions across outbound, inbound conversion, and consultative sales models • Lead sales pilots and experimentation to validate messaging, pricing, processes, and team structure • Translate pilot insights into repeatable, scalable sales playbooks • Own revenue targets and sales performance outcomes across assigned channels and brands • Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance • Optimize sales processes to improve efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and close rates • Partner with Finance and executive leadership on revenue forecasting and planning • Build, lead, and develop high performing sales teams as the organization scales • Define sales roles, capacity models, compensation structures, and incentive plans • Coach and mentor sales leaders and individual contributors to drive performance and accountability • Establish clear expectations, operating rhythms, and performance standards • Partner with Marketing to align lead generation, messaging, and funnel performance • Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure alignment with product capabilities and compliance requirements • Provide structured customer and prospect feedback to inform product and service improvements • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on sales strategy and market trends • Design and implement scalable sales processes, tools, and systems • Develop onboarding, training, and enablement programs to accelerate ramp time • Ensure sales operations are data driven, compliant, and aligned with company standards • Standardize documentation, workflows, and best practices across the sales organization
