• Build and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) by industry and use case • Create and manage outbound prospecting lists • Set up and manage outreach tools (email sequencing platforms, LinkedIn automation tools, etc.) • Write, test, and optimize cold email and LinkedIn outreach sequences • Execute daily outbound across multiple channels: Cold email, LinkedIn outreach, Cold calling • Track and report daily activity metrics and weekly pipeline performance • Book qualified meetings and ensure proper handoff into the sales process • Continuously refine outreach strategy, messaging, and targeting • Help define benchmarks for success (conversion rates, cadence, pipeline quality)
• Manage projects end-to-end after a deal is closed, ensuring smooth execution from quote to delivery • Coordinate with Sales, Design, Engineering, and Operations to keep projects moving on time • Generate or retrieve quotes and ensure alignment between customer requirements, design, and production • Prioritize multiple projects based on urgency and business impact • Track milestones and proactively identify risks, delays, or blockers • Act as the main point of contact for customers post-sale • Provide clear and timely updates on project status • Manage expectations and handle inquiries or issues professionally • Escalate complex situations internally to ensure resolution • Maintain accurate project data in internal systems (CRM, trackers, etc.) • Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements
• Oversee the full lifecycle of custom manufacturing orders — from initiation to delivery. • Coordinate daily with factory teams to ensure accuracy, on-time production, and quality compliance. • Review samples, pre-production photos, and testing results to guarantee product standards. • Manage logistics, payments, and delivery schedules with internal and external partners. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain consistency and customer satisfaction. • Partner with sales and customer success teams on high-value or complex projects, providing feasibility and technical insights. • Collaborate with design teams to verify design files, material selections, and production feasibility. • Maintain strict quality control throughout all production stages. • Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve quality.
