• Review and action user-generated content against Fanvue's content and community guidelines • Investigate Terms of Service violations (explicit content policy breaches, impersonation, copyright claims/DMCA, off-platform risks) • Work moderation queues in our tooling, prioritising by risk and turnaround time • Escalate high-risk and edge cases to the Moderation Manager and Head of Trust & Safety • Spot patterns and emerging risks, and feed insights back into policy and tooling improvements • Keep clean records of decisions to support audits, compliance reviews, and appeals • Partner with Support and Creator teams on escalations involving account restrictions or compliance concerns • Work shifts and handle sensitive content consistently

• Own Fanvue’s content policy: clear rules that balance creator freedom with platform safety. • Turn policy into enforceable guidance for moderation, tooling, and automation. • Track new behaviours, edge cases, and product changes; update policy accordingly. • Run a lightweight policy review cadence that stands up to audit. • Partner daily with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Moderation teams. • Write documentation that's easy for moderators and strong enough for external scrutiny. • Contribute across the wider Trust & Safety function in a small, fast-moving team.

• Own growth campaigns end to end from planning through launch, optimisation, and scale • Run multiple concurrent experiments across acquisition and activation initiatives • Operate paid and performance channels hands-on including targeting, budgets, and creative testing • Diagnose funnel performance and execute improvements to sign-ups, activation, and conversion • Build and maintain a fast experimentation cadence with clear hypotheses and success metrics • Reduce CAC through systematic testing and optimisation across channels and creatives • Identify repeatable growth patterns that can be operationalised and scaled • Report results clearly and honestly, focusing on outcomes, learnings, and next actions • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Creative to ship growth improvements quickly

• Lead technical initiatives that directly impact platform scalability and reliability • Scale our systems from PostgreSQL to event-driven architecture, designing for tens of millions of MAU • Drive monolith-to-services decomposition using proven patterns you have executed before • Design and implement database optimisation strategies for high-throughput workloads • Build and scale AI infrastructure, including vector stores, embedding pipelines, and LLM orchestration • Architect systems for AI-powered features, including automated chat, content moderation, and recommendations • Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate delivery and help define team standards • Build platform primitives that enable other teams to ship faster • Mentor engineers across the organisation through code reviews, design sessions, and pairing • Contribute to architecture decisions and technical strategy • Participate in incident response and drive reliability improvements

• Own creator onboarding and activation, reducing time-to-first-earning and improving activation rates • Optimise fan discovery and conversion funnels to increase fan activation and spend • Increase monetisation through ARPU optimisation, spend depth, tipping, and messaging revenue • Design and improve referral systems and viral loops across creators and fans • Reduce churn through engagement mechanics and retention experiments • Establish high-velocity experimentation infrastructure with clear metrics and feedback loops • Build and scale a Growth team across PM, Engineering, and Data to 10 A-players • Implement strong operating rhythms including weekly experiment reviews and growth OKRs

• Deliver features end-to-end across our TypeScript/Node.js stack • Work on greenfield projects requiring creative, first-principles thinking • Build AI-powered features including chat, content generation, personalisation, and moderation • Leverage AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot to accelerate development • Experiment with LLMs, embeddings, and AI integrations within product workflows • Ship quickly, iterate based on feedback, and learn from production • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and senior engineers • Contribute to technical discussions and engineering standards

• Own growth of Fanvue’s marketing-led GMV cohort, scaling it materially within your first 12 months • Build and scale a diversified acquisition engine across paid, organic, creator-led, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing • Reduce dependency on saturated channels by discovering and scaling new acquisition surfaces • Establish predictable CAC, payback periods, and cohort quality across channels • Build and lead high-performing Acquisition, Brand, and Revenue Marketing teams • Hire and develop strong second-line leaders while maintaining a high talent bar • Partner closely with Product, Sales, Creator Success, and Founders to align incentives and execution • Protect and elevate the Fanvue brand as we move further into mainstream and SFW markets • Shape category narrative, positioning, and trust alongside Brand leadership and Founders

• Own payments performance across cards and alternative payment methods • Diagnose decline drivers, issuer behaviour, and regional performance patterns • Deliver optimisation initiatives across authentication, routing, retries, and recovery • Establish structured experimentation and learning loops • Own payments dashboards, reporting, and performance insights • Act as escalation point for payments incidents • Partner with PSPs, acquirers, and networks to improve authorisation outcomes

• Own and grow a portfolio of top-earning creators with full accountability for retention and revenue • Consistently deliver 100%+ month-on-month retention across key creators • Identify churn risks and expansion opportunities using behavioural and performance data • Share actionable, data-driven insights that help creators earn more • Improve Net Revenue Retention by proactively driving monetisation optimisation • Educate creators on new features, monetisation tools, and platform best practices • Increase creator satisfaction and NPS through proactive engagement • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Support, Moderation, Growth, and Sales to improve outcomes • Act as a visible performance benchmark for the wider CS team

• Drive creator acquisition across the US Mainstream (SFW) market, owning GMV and onboarding targets • Prospect, qualify, and engage creators and agencies through outbound, inbound, and network-driven opportunities • Manage key parts of the sales cycle from discovery to close, including pitching, negotiation, and contracting (with leadership support when needed) • Onboard creators by leveraging reduced platform commission and targeted commercial incentives • Accelerate activation and drive time to first revenue for newly onboarded creators • Build strong, long-term relationships with creators, serving as a trusted advisor and thought partner • Maintain close engagement during the first 90 days post-onboarding to ensure successful activation and retention • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities in collaboration with Creator Success • Work closely with Mainstream Sales, Creator Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure a seamless creator experience • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene (HubSpot or equivalent)
