Tech Lead – Full Stack, Healthtech

IEBT Innovation

• Act as the software architecture reference, helping to define robust, scalable and sustainable technical solutions. • Design and develop applications in Python and web applications with JavaScript and ReactJS, with good coverage of unit and functional tests (pytest, Playwright). • Lead the team technically: guide developers, review code, unblock issues and ensure adherence to coding standards. • Work with AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Aurora, among others), perform deployments with Docker and write complex SQL queries. • Make technical and architectural decisions, evaluating trade-offs, technical debt and system evolution. • Contribute to analysis, debugging, troubleshooting and technical support. • Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack developer, with strong technical seniority.
  • Solid experience with Python and React (or equivalent JavaScript/TypeScript stack).
  • Experience with enterprise cloud applications (AWS preferred).
  • Previous experience leading other developers technically (tech lead, senior technical reference, etc.).
  • Good foundation in software architecture and design — scoping, trade-offs, technical debt, system evolution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical analysis and autonomy to handle ambiguity. Ability to teach, mentor and raise the technical level of colleagues.
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills.
  • English for communication with an international team (doesn't need to be fluent, at least advanced and comfortable for day-to-day technical work).

Primary Responsibilities: Clay Platform Administrator - Serve as the primary administrator of Clay. - Design, build, and maintain scalable Clay workflows and automations. - Configure and optimize data enrichment, scoring, segmentation, and prioritization processes. - Monitor workflow performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve system reliability. Data Orchestration & Signal Prioritization - Use Clay to aggregate and unify data from internal and external sources. - Build processes that enrich accounts, contacts, and leads with relevant firmographic, technographic, intent, and engagement data. - Develop prioritization models that surface the most relevant signals and opportunities for sellers. - Ensure sales teams receive accurate, timely, and actionable insights.
