• Maintain the quality of source code, whether writing or reviewing it. • Deliver assigned tasks on time and in whole, following both Agile sprint timelines and established SLA (Service Level Agreement) • Responsible for the resolution of production issues and providing precise, efficient fixes. • Provide accurate task estimations during sprint planning sessions. • Actively participate in support planning and Agile practice such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. • Follow the defined software development lifecycle and Agile processes. • Maintain personal JIRA discipline by updating tasks promptly and accurately. • Suggest improvements for the support process, software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and QA. • Collaborate with the team to ensure that Agile practices, including regular sprints and incremental development, are followed efficiently.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in both frontend and backend development
- Proficiency in SQL (MSSQL)
- Strong experience with PHP and the Laravel framework
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (Node.js and frontend)
- Experience with modern frameworks such as React
- Experience working with AWS
- Familiarity with Agile practices such as backlog grooming, sprint estimation, and continuous integration
- Experience working in SaaS environments
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to enhance coding, code review, and debugging workflows
- Strong client- and business-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Good communication skills (Intermediate English or above)

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations, leveraging automation, data, AI to drive pipeline generation, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate growth. You will design and implement workflows, integrations, and data processes that enable teams to identify, engage, and convert target customers more effectively. Primary Responsibilities: Clay Platform Administrator - Serve as the primary administrator of Clay. - Design, build, and maintain scalable Clay workflows and automations. - Configure and optimize data enrichment, scoring, segmentation, and prioritization processes. - Monitor workflow performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve system reliability. Data Orchestration & Signal Prioritization - Use Clay to aggregate and unify data from internal and external sources. - Build processes that enrich accounts, contacts, and leads with relevant firmographic, technographic, intent, and engagement data. - Develop prioritization models that surface the most relevant signals and opportunities for sellers. - Ensure sales teams receive accurate, timely, and actionable insights. Salesforce Integration - Design and maintain integrations between Clay and Salesforce. - Ensure data synchronization, quality, and governance across systems. - Define and manage workflows for account, contact, and lead updates. Automation & Process Optimization - Automate repetitive GTM processes to improve efficiency and scalability. - Build workflows that support prospecting, account prioritization, territory planning, lead qualification, and pipeline generation. - Identify operational bottlenecks and implement automated solutions. - Document processes and establish best practices for workflow management.
