Role Description In this role, the Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of medical communications projects from inception to completion, including but not limited to, content development, advisory boards, and speaker training. - Facilitating multidisciplinary project teams - Interfacing with each department within the company - Meeting client and management expectations - Establishing strong faculty relationships - Ensuring programs remain on target and within agreed-upon parameters - Budget development, maintenance, and reconciliation - Managing external suppliers - Keeping programs on time and focused on primary objectives - Providing ongoing updates to internal team members and client contact(s) - Resource management The number of simultaneous programs managed by each Project Manager is dependent on the scope and nature of each initiative. Qualifications - A bachelor’s degree is required. Role Description This role is a high level specialist, focused on providing project management within an office or market and team leadership, mentoring our people, advancing the quality of our work, integrating our range of design services, managing our processes, and delivering solid financial performance. What You'll Do - Lead, develop and nurture a successful partnering relationship with our clients which will lead to future opportunities for CannonDesign. - Develop and maintain positive client relations throughout the life of the project. - Communicate design, construction, and other issues to clients in a clear and compelling way. - Develop a Partnering relationship with the client early in an engagement to establish shared expectations. - Ensure appropriate client and internal communication including written project documentation. - Play a lead role in key meetings and presentations. - Participate in Business Development activity and partner with Marketing and Office Leadership as needed. - Understand our contractual obligations to the client and the project. - Work proactively with the client to identify and obtain approvals for additions to scope of work. - Proactively communicate with and influence clients to approve and process payables for our services. - Lead project teams to develop project goals and work plans. - Facilitate the development, evolution and management of the work plan, budget, and schedule. - Manage design and documentation process and implementation of the design during the construction process. - Accountable to maintain the project record, including capturing and documenting key decisions. - Accountable for Risk mitigation and Compliance. - Accountable for developing a risk management plan and managing project Risks. - Collaborate effectively with all team members. - Implement CannonDesign Method using process expectations, best practices, reference standards, tools, templates, and technology. - Manage and coordinate workload of team and provide leadership of team activities. - Communicate client objectives to team members in a clear and compelling way. - Provide constructive feedback and mentoring to team members. - Identify and share lessons learned with teams. - Be a proactive resource to project teams in their decision-making processes. - Meet with project team members on a regular basis to monitor work in progress. - Responsible for ensuring that all statutory requirements for the project are achieved. - Accountable for the QA/QC process. - Monitor the technical quality of the projects. - Enforce the application of QA/QC process standards and requirements. - Coordinate with the Project Architect and the Quality leader in planning the work. - Participate in negotiating the contract with other project leadership. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related degree required. - Minimum of 10 years related experience required. - Capability of performing in a project management role for single or multiple projects. - Licensure or registration in the United States preferred. - LEED accreditation preferred. - Must have advanced knowledge in discipline. - Must possess business acumen. - Must have strong client leadership skills. - Strong project team management skills, capable of managing single or multiple projects. - Must be capable of leading and mentoring less experienced staff. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam as well as other data management software is required. • Manage environmental permitting, regulatory strategy development, environmental field surveys, and construction compliance • Develop, prepare and maintain environmental policy and procedures manuals for compliance assurance • Manage and prepare applications for the permitting of projects • Prepare and ensure overall performance and accuracy of documents for environmental services • Prepare documentation and biological assessments for Section 7 ESA consultation requirements

• Provide client airports with support on the design, repair, refurbishment, relocation, and installation of vertical airside structures such as (ATCTs, Terminals, Hangars, MROs, SREs, ARFF Stations, FBOs, Deicing, Cargo, GSEs etc.), and support for funding applications. • Build relationships with the FAA, Airport, and other clients to enhance Woolpert’s capabilities to recognize opportunities for and serve problem-solving needs. • Have a solid construction management background to assist with the vertical construction of these facilities. • Support architecture and engineering leads in delivering a successful project regarding ATCTs, Terminals, Hangars, MROs, SREs, design, bid, construction, and installation. • Work with staff to create solutions for airport clients using your ATCTs, Terminals, Hangars, MROs, and SREs, • Support Woolpert Engineering and Planning staff to enhance complex projects with detailed understanding and analysis of complex airfield infrastructure. • Develop scope and fees and provide quality reviews of project documentation including architectural, engineering and work plans through final deliverables. • Stay up on the latest technological advancements and help develop a team that can meet our clients’ needs. • Execute technical tasks within budgeted times and costs. • Collaborate closely with the Aviation National Practice Lead and dedicated aviation staff to deliver the practice goals. • Assist in business growth of Aviation services at airports by developing and supporting a pipeline of new and existing business/contract opportunities. • Drive partnerships with other consultants in the aviation industry to win and perform projects. • Maintain a thought-leader/Subject Matter Expert profile in the industry by preparing aviation related articles and/or speaking at regional conference presentations. • Work with staff to ensure successful project delivery, consistent quality, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and team/office satisfaction. • Manage, monitor, and forecast metrics including: Backlog, Profit and Loss, Sales, Net Revenue, Utilization, Continuing Education, and Non-Billable Travel and Expenses for yourself.
