Marketing Manager Freelance Remote $29 - $31.35 /hr Position Overview The Sr. Marketing Manager, is responsible for leading the development, management, and execution of client-facing marketing content and assets that support branch events, workshops, and local engagement efforts coming from Financial Consultants and branches. This role serves as the centralized owner of messaging, templates, and content processesensuring materials are scalable, compliant, and easy for the field to use. This role focuses on content, assets, and execution processes, partnering with cross-functional teams to bring strategies to life. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, paid social, programmatic) to drive awareness, traffic, leads, and revenue. - Plan, launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social platforms, and display networks with ongoing A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. - Build and manage demand generation and lead nurturing programs using marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce). - Define audience segmentation, creative messaging and content strategy for acquisition and retention (content marketing, email marketing, landing pages). - Own analytics and reporting: implement tracking (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), build KPI dashboards (Tableau, Power BI), and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. - Lead product marketing and go-to-market activities including positioning, competitive analysis, pricing support, sales enablement and product launch campaigns. - Manage website and CMS strategy (WordPress, Drupal), CRO initiatives, and oversee HTML/CSS updates with development teams. - Oversee marketing operations including tag management, data hygiene, lead routing, attribution modeling and campaign tagging standards. - Collaborate with creative teams on assets and multimedia production (video production, Adobe Creative Suite) to ensure on-brand execution. - Plan and manage marketing budgets, forecasting, vendor relationships, and agency partners to maximize ROI. - Coordinate events and trade shows end-to-end strategy, logistics, booth production, and post-event follow-up. - Coach and mentor marketing team members, set performance goals, and collaborate with sales, product and executive teams to align on priorities. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA preferred. - 5+ years marketing and project management experience - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Experience in Workfront a plus, but not required - Experience with Salesforce a plus, but not required - Ability to collaborate with a range of partners across marketing and business. - Organized, detail-oriented, strategic thinker, self-driven Strong project management and communication skills In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.
