Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, technology, engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project and program management, including enterprise-level initiatives
- 5+ years of experience delivering complex technology projects, including infrastructure and business systems delivery
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional efforts with executive visibility
- Strong business acumen, with experience supporting corporate functions such as operations, strategy, finance, or shared services
- Proven experience in change management and driving organizational adoption
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and navigate complex organizational dynamics
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing other project managers or team members
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills

You will ensure linguistic precision and brand voice consistency across Japan, Australia, India, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia, while managing publishing vendors to guarantee on-time delivery. - Regional Campaign Development: Identify market-specific training gaps and lead the creation of bespoke, region-led campaigns. • Project Managers will generally be responsible for more than one active case at a time; a caseload of six to ten "moderately active, moderately-sized" cases will be typical, with several of the cases possibly in the discovery and/or document review stage, one case in trial, several in the deposition preparation/witness binder stage, etc. • The Project Manager is the Government's primary point of contact for all support for the case • The Project Manager will have frequent contact with the COR, Government Case Managers, trial attorneys, client agency staff, and sometimes even opposing counsel • The Project Manager is responsible for planning and managing all support for the case, including monitoring work flow, progress reporting, identifying and assigning staff, budget development and tracking, coordinating technical/data processing and eDiscovery support, and obtaining other required resources • Performs an active quality assurance role to ensure high quality work delivered on time • Ensures that proper security is maintained overall project materials, in accordance with Department security procedures • Coordinates with other Contractor components to deliver project support • When operating out of a Document Center, the Project Manager's work may be subject to coordination or direction by the Lead Project Manager.

• Maintain project tracking: own status reporting, milestone monitoring, risk and issue logs, and escalation paths; proactively surface blockers and solutions • Coordinate cross-functional project teams across Payments, Customer Success, Implementation, Sales, Product, and Support establishing clear RACI, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring alignment at every phase of delivery • Run structured project kick-offs in partnership with Head of Payments, working sessions, and retrospectives; document decisions, action items, and lessons learned to improve future project delivery • Support payments process improvement projects—document current-state workflows, surface gaps and inefficiencies to leadership, and project-manage the implementation of approved process changes across teams • Project-manage the build-out and launch of payments enablement deliverables—coordinate contributors, manage timelines, and ensure on-schedule delivery of playbooks and internal guidance materials developed by subject matter experts • Identify and escalate system gaps, tooling issues, and data problems impacting payments project delivery; support leadership in scoping remediation efforts once direction is set • Track and report project outcomes against defined KPIs and milestones; surface post-project findings to leadership to inform future delivery planning
