Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 8–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Minimum 4+ years recruiting specifically for Oracle-related positions.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for Oracle ERP, Cloud, HCM, SCM, EPM, and OCI roles.
  • Proven track record of closing executive, senior consulting, and leadership-level talent.
  • Experience recruiting for Oracle consulting partners and professional services organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of executive search methodologies and talent mapping.
