• Direct acquisition of new projects with end customers in the defined target industries • Active, comprehensive, and results-oriented support of existing end customers • Contribution to and implementation of the company’s strategic realignment in the area of end-customer and partner development • Development and execution of business and marketing plans in line with the defined corporate strategy • Development of sales strategies and market entry concepts for defined regions • Delivery of compelling solution presentations to partners and end customers • Establishment and expansion of the partner network within the region • Definition and implementation of sales approaches, channels, processes, target groups, and regions aligned with the company strategy • Systematic and continuous analysis, optimization, and expansion of the assigned sales territory • Preparation of offers in close coordination with the Geutebrück headquarters • Participation in industry events, committees, networks, and association activities, e.g. international sales & marketing meetings and external professional associations

Job Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration/economics or a commercial-technical qualification
  • Several years of sales experience in the premium end-customer segment, ideally with complex, high-explanation products
  • Strong technical affinity and understanding of complex systems and interrelationships
  • Proven track record in developing new, profitable sales channels
  • Strong customer and solution orientation combined with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Open, reliable, and communicative personality with a confident and persuasive presence
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced in working with CRM systems
  • Very good command of Polish and English
