Role Description The Administrative Presales Coordinator supports the administrative operations of Integration & Lifecycle Services (ILCS) and Digital Workplace Presales. This role requires an adaptive, detail-oriented professional who can manage day-to-day coordination, documentation, scheduling, and reporting activities that keep presales and operational workflows moving. The Administrative Coordinator partners with presales leadership, solution architects, and operations teams to organize information, track requests, and maintain accurate records to support a consistent, efficient customer and internal stakeholder experience. - Provides support and presents a positive and professional image for the organization. - Research designated opportunities and present findings back to stakeholders. - Revise content to ensure uniformity in appearance and style. - Uses discretion when working with sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality and security to ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations. - Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets. - Research, compiles and summarizes requested information for reports and presentations. - Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities. - Performs such tasks that are required in a timely and professional manner.
