Role Description Lead II, Experiential Learning Placements supports Specialist III and IV collaborators by providing guidance, oversight, and mentorship to ensure high-quality site onboarding, year-round outreach, and compliance with placement processes. This role ensures consistency, accuracy, and professional communication without performing the day-to-day workload of the specialists. - Mentor and provide guidance to Specialist III and IV collaborators to maintain adherence to SOPs and best practices. - Review complex site or learner communications for accuracy and escalate deviations to management. - Support onboarding and training of new Specialists III and IV. - Monitor KPIs and team metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management. - Assist with problem-solving and resolution for escalated site or learner issues. - Collaborate with Specialists III and IV to identify process improvements and optimize workflows. - Participate in cross-functional projects and meetings to support team alignment. - Ensure consistent and accurate use of CRMs, portals, and placement tools across the team. Qualifications - Proven proficiency in Specialist III or IV role for at least one year. - Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills. - Familiarity with complex site onboarding, portals, and outreach processes. - Bachelor’s degree preferred.
