This role ensures consistency, accuracy, and professional communication without performing the day-to-day workload of the specialists. - Mentor and provide guidance to Specialist III and IV collaborators to maintain adherence to SOPs and best practices. - Review complex site or learner communications for accuracy and escalate deviations to management. - Support onboarding and training of new Specialists III and IV. - Monitor KPIs and team metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management. - Assist with problem-solving and resolution for escalated site or learner issues. - Collaborate with Specialists III and IV to identify process improvements and optimize workflows. - Participate in cross-functional projects and meetings to support team alignment. - Ensure consistent and accurate use of CRMs, portals, and placement tools across the team.
