• Build and maintain AI and machine learning services that support both real‑time web applications and parallel data‑pipeline workflows. • Deploy, scale, and operate AI/ML models using platforms such as Amazon Sagemaker and Amazon Bedrock (or comparable services on other cloud providers). • Develop and support NLP and RAG‑based systems focused on clustering, summarization, and entity extraction from unstructured text. • Collaborate closely with a small machine learning team as well as web development and data engineering teams to advance the company’s data platform and modernization efforts.

Job Requirements

  • US Citizen (Secret clearance eligible)
  • 4+ years of experience using Python for AI and machine learning.
  • 3+ years of experience in natural language processing.
  • 2+ years of experience building and scaling real‑time and batch AI services using Amazon Sagemaker or a similar platform.

Role Description The College of Business & Economics is seeking qualified adjunct faculty to teach graduate-level courses in Statistics, Business Analytics, Quantitative Methods, or related areas. These courses are offered online and include interactive one-hour virtual class sessions on Monday or Tuesday evenings at either 7:00 p.m. or 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, as assigned. Faculty are also expected to integrate Christian biblical values into course discussions in ways that support thoughtful reflection, ethical decision-making, and applied leadership in professional contexts.
