• Responsible for the full-cycle accounting for multiple entities across multiple jurisdictions, including the general ledger, month-end close, and account reconciliations • Support statutory reporting and compliance with local accounting standards across multiple jurisdictions • Drive the monthly and quarterly close and prepare financial reporting for assigned entities • Partner with field exploration teams to support project accounting and reporting needs • Process invoices through the accounts payable workflow and oversee vendor compliance for multiple entities across multiple jurisdictions • Support compliance with annual statutory reporting, indirect tax filings, and other reporting requirements across multiple countries • Coordinate information flow and documentation for statutory and other audits • Identify, propose, and help implement opportunities to automate workflows and improve the efficiency of accounting processes • Contribute to ad hoc projects across accounting and operations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting with at least 3 years experience in accounting
  • Experience working with international operations
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technology as needed and solve new problems continuously
  • Interest in learning about mineral exploration and partnering closely with exploration project teams
