Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Perform daily accounting activities including: - General ledger entries - Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing - Bank and account reconciliations - Journal entries - Fixed asset tracking - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. - Prepare accurate financial reports and supporting schedules. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities. - Maintain compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies. - Assist with audit preparation and provide documentation for external auditors. - Review and reconcile customer billing and revenue reporting data. - Work closely with operations and management teams to ensure financial accuracy. - Monitor and analyze expenses, revenue trends, and variances. - Help improve accounting processes and internal controls. - Maintain organized financial records and documentation. - Assist with regulatory reporting and tax-related filings as needed. - Perform other duties as assigned.
