Hire Overseas

• Make 175+ outbound calls per day to customers regarding upcoming or overdue vehicle service. • Leave voicemails and send follow-up texts and emails to ensure customer engagement. • Use dealership software to schedule service appointments when customers respond. • Follow structured daily call campaigns, including service reminders, state inspections, and promotional offers. • Accurately track and log all customer interactions in internal systems. • Maintain professional and clear communication throughout all interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent, clear English with a neutral or US-friendly accent. (Your English must be perfect.)
  • Previous call center experience is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable making repetitive, high-volume outbound calls.
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software.
  • Ability to follow scripts and handle basic customer questions after training.
  • Reliable internet connection, headset, and a quiet work environment.
  • Availability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, US Eastern Time hours.
