• Analyzes learners’ eligibility for a variety of aid programs, including Title IV, military, and other funding. • Provides financial aid estimates and packaging to learners in a manner that clearly communicates obligations to complete the program and the impact of financial responsibility. • Assists all learners, learner families, and other relevant parties who may be involved in funding options and accurately answers questions about funding. • Accurately updates the Master Cohort List daily with incoming enrollment activities. • Updates and maintains learner records in the Student Information System (SIS). • Completes the verification process, which includes the review of verification documents, verifying data matches the Institutional Student Information Record (ISIR), ensuring no conflicting information, and accurately making all necessary ISIR corrections. • Ensures documents associated with ISIR rejections, C-codes, and conflicting information meet Title IV requirements to clear issues. • Fluently works with Common Origination and Disbursement (COD) and National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS). • Collaborates with other functions to provide the highest level of service for learners. • Participates in biweekly Learner Funding meetings, including 1:1s, coaching meetings, trainings, and team meetings. • Attends meetings and conferences as necessary to enhance existing knowledge of financial aid policies, practices, and procedures. • Maintains the highest level of customer service in a courteous, prompt, and successful manner and handles confidential and sensitive information with discretion. • Participates in the successful implementation of other functional projects as they arise.

• Provide leadership and oversight of the company’s financial operations. • Oversee cash management, financial reporting and close processes, accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. • Coordinate with external tax professionals to ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of tax returns. • Review customer and vendor contracts for financial implications and business risk considerations. • Ensure compliance with applicable state and regulatory requirements and strengthen internal financial controls.

• Support FP&A and Leadership with Long-Term Modeling and Cash Forecasting: Collaborate with the FP&A team and senior leadership to develop and maintain comprehensive long-term financial models and cash flow forecasts, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making. • Own Treasury, Banking Operations, Cash Flow Planning, and Liquidity: Manage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity management, and banking relationships, ensuring the company's financial stability and operational efficiency. • Drive Special Cross-Functional Initiatives to Streamline Financial Processes, Systems, and Forecasting: Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing financial systems, processes, and forecasting methodologies, driving continuous improvement and scalability. • Oversee Accounts Payable Performance and Efficiency: Monitor and optimize accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments, improve vendor relationships, and enhance operational efficiency. • Run Working Capital Optimization Projects: Identify and implement strategies to optimize working capital, including inventory management, receivables, and payables, to improve cash conversion cycles and support business growth.
