VP of Finance

Global Charter Services Inc.

• Provide leadership and oversight of the company’s financial operations. • Oversee cash management, financial reporting and close processes, accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. • Coordinate with external tax professionals to ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of tax returns. • Review customer and vendor contracts for financial implications and business risk considerations. • Ensure compliance with applicable state and regulatory requirements and strengthen internal financial controls.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 7–10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, and working capital management.
  • Experience coordinating with external tax advisors and auditors.
  • Experience managing accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
  • Experience reviewing contracts and evaluating pricing structures.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
