• Generate viable leads for CCC Solutions through outbound calling, targeted campaigns, and special projects • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to identify, qualify, and nurture leads, ensuring viable opportunities are routed to the appropriate territory representative • Log all outreach activity accurately and in real time in Salesforce, maintaining up-to-date and complete account records • Engage prospects using a consultative approach to understand their business needs and effectively position CCC Solutions • Partner with territory representatives and cross-functional teams to align on lead handoff processes and campaign priorities • Support marketing-driven campaigns and special projects to drive lead volume and conversion • Contribute to other sales initiatives and projects as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of B2B sales or business development experience preferred; equivalent demonstrated skills will be considered
- Demonstrated ability in consultative B2B sales, lead generation, lead nurturing, and appointment setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects professionally over the phone
- Proficiency in managing and prioritizing a high volume of outreach in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate product and solution value propositions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
- Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Knowledge of the insurance, automotive, or supply chain industry (e.g., OE dealers, aftermarket suppliers, on-hand suppliers)
- Understanding of the full sales cycle with the ability to close smaller deals.
