Program Analyst – Agile

General Dynamics Information Technology

• Perform a broad range of administrative, analytical, and coordination tasks in support of a large, complex contract program • Serve as a SharePoint and Confluence site administrator • Support program reporting and compliance efforts • Maintain and track contractual modifications • Coordinate the collection, review, and submission of program deliverables • Support onboarding and offboarding activities • Assist in program planning activities • Participate in defining and refining program requirements • Support project planning, Agile scrum ceremonies, and task management • Interact with customers and internal stakeholders • Coordinate with the marketing team to support development of white papers and other program-related content • Capture, format, and distribute meeting minutes and action items • Provide guidance to team members on administrative processes • Track and report on annual training requirements

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other related software applications
  • Must be familiar with Jira
  • Experience with Scrum or Agile
  • Effective organization and communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Preferred: Confluence, SharePoint administration, experience with using GenAI prompts to expedite work and task

Role Description The OSP Program Manager leads the planning and execution of Customer-directed Outside Plant (OSP) infrastructure across multiple projects and locations. This role supports projects from early-stage mobilization through construction, inspection, and final acceptance.
