We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience to play a pivotal role in our enterprise transformation initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business strategies and technical execution, driving large-scale integrations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) programs, and system modernizations. Responsibilities - Strategic Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management: - Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with senior business stakeholders and executives to discover, analyze, and document complex business requirements. - Transformation & M&A: Support large-scale business transformation, systems integration, and M&A programs, ensuring alignment between business vision and technical execution. - Consultative Approach: Act as a trusted advisor, translating high-level business goals into actionable functional and technical specifications. - Salesforce Ecosystem Mastery: - Solution Alignment: Leverage deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Agentforce Sales capabilities, and the broader enterprise Salesforce ecosystem to design best-practice solutions. - Data & Migration Management: Perform complex data analysis, field-level mapping, dependency mapping, and org migration activities across highly integrated, legacy, and target systems. - System Architecture Advocacy: Ensure that proposed business processes respect Salesforce guardrails, limits, and scalability standards. - Agile Delivery & ALM: - User Story Lifecycle: Author high-quality, technical user stories complete with clear acceptance criteria (BDD/Gherkin format preferred) and manage them seamlessly within Jira. - Agile Governance: Champion Agile Scrum methodologies and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices to ensure smooth deployment pipelines. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, and QA teams to ensure clarity of scope and successful sprint deliveries. Qualifications - 7+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Salesforce Consultant within complex, enterprise-level environments. - Direct experience working on large-scale business transformation, system integration, or M&A initiatives. - Hands-on, expert-level proficiency in managing technical user stories, backlogs, and requirements documentation in Jira. - Strong mastery of Agile Scrum methodologies and modern ALM practices. - Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and modern automation/AI features like Agentforce Sales capabilities. - Proven ability to execute data mapping, dependency tracking, and org-to-org migration strategies. Desirable - Salesforce Certified Business Analyst. - Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant. - Agile/Scrum Certification (e.g., CSPO, CSM, or SAFe).
