• Map functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders; • Write clear and concise user stories, ensuring alignment with business expectations; • Facilitate requirements-gathering meetings and workshops with stakeholders; • Analyze and document business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement; • Work closely with the development team to ensure proper understanding and implementation of requirements; • Conduct requirements reviews and validations with stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce Core platform and its ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial, integrations and automations);
- Basic Salesforce Administration knowledge, including: configuration of objects, fields, page layouts and validation rules; process automation (Flows, Process Builder - legacy); profile, permission and security management;
- Experience in Business Analysis, covering activities from requirements elicitation through validation;
- Leading workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements;
- Structured requirements documentation, including:
- User Stories
- Use Cases
- Acceptance Criteria
- Business process modeling (AS-IS / TO-BE), with a focus on continuous improvement and alignment with business needs;
- Impact analysis, identification of dependencies and prioritization of requests;
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with the capabilities and limitations of the Salesforce platform.
