This role requires strong leadership capabilities, innovative thinking, staying updated on market trends and the ability to share knowledge across divisions to meet agility demands. The position title for this role (Associate Manager or Manager) will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications. Responsibilities: - Lead sourcing, negotiation, and contracting processes for marketing, shopper marketing, omni-marketing, experiential marketing, packaging design to print, coupons, premium incentives and agency operations, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, driving collaboration, value creation, and continuous improvement. - Develop and implement innovative marketing sourcing strategies, identifying opportunities for growth, cost savings, and process optimization. - Conduct ongoing market analysis, supplier segmentation, and spend analytics to inform strategic decisions and deliver on KPIs. - Manage robust Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs to deliver excellence and innovation across categories. - Ensure compliance with procurement policies while leading RFI/RFP processes, risk management, and digital transformation projects in support of the Global Procurement strategy. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $109,600.00 - $155,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
