Role Description El Manager de Sourcing & Procurement será responsable de liderar la estrategia integral de abastecimiento dentro de la cadena de suministro, combinando capacidades analíticas, herramientas digitales y metodologías de mejora continua para optimizar costos, mitigar riesgos y generar valor sostenible para el negocio. El rol articula decisiones estratégicas y operativas en procurement, asegurando un enfoque end-to-end desde la planificación de la demanda hasta la gestión del desempeño de proveedores. Responsibilities - Estrategia y Gestión de Sourcing - Definir e implementar estrategias de sourcing alineadas con los objetivos del negocio. - Liderar negociaciones complejas con proveedores estratégicos, asegurando eficiencia de costos y sostenibilidad. - Gestionar el ciclo completo de procurement: demanda, licitación, evaluación, contratación y seguimiento. - Identificar oportunidades de ahorro y captura de valor mediante análisis de gasto (spend analytics). - Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro - Asegurar la integración de procesos de procurement con la cadena de suministro (Plan, Source, Deliver). - Monitorear riesgos en la supply chain y definir planes de mitigación. - Impulsar iniciativas de resiliencia, sostenibilidad (ESG) y continuidad operativa. - Analítica, Digital y Toma de Decisiones - Utilizar analítica avanzada para generación de insights estratégicos y toma de decisiones. - Diseñar modelos analíticos para optimización de costos, demanda y proveedores. - Gestionar reportes ejecutivos y KPIs alineados al valor del negocio. - Excelencia Operativa y Mejora Continua - Liderar iniciativas de mejora continua orientadas a eficiencia, calidad y reducción de tiempos. - Implementar estándares operativos, frameworks de calidad y análisis de causa raíz. - Alinear operaciones a indicadores de desempeño (SLAs / KPIs). - Gestión de Proveedores - Evaluar y monitorear desempeño de proveedores mediante indicadores y auditorías. - Desarrollar relaciones estratégicas con proveedores clave. - Promover modelos de colaboración e innovación con terceros. - Gestión Financiera y de Valor - Supervisar análisis de costos, presupuestos y planificación financiera (F&A). - Contribuir a iniciativas de optimización de márgenes y generación de eficiencias. - Apoyar análisis de impacto económico y toma de decisiones estratégicas. - Liderazgo y Stakeholder Management - Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios y proyectos complejos (PMP). - Interactuar con stakeholders senior (cliente y negocio). - Alinear prioridades entre áreas (Finanzas, Legal, Operaciones). Tools and Key Technologies - Plataformas P2P / S2P: SAP, Ariba, etc. - Data & Analytics: Excel avanzado, herramientas de Power BI, modelos estadísticos. - Automatización: RPA / IA aplicada a procurement (nice to have). - Gestión de proyectos: PMP / metodologías ágiles. Experience - +8 años en sourcing, procurement o supply chain. - Experiencia liderando equipos y proyectos estratégicos. Technical Competencies - Dominio en análisis de datos y toma de decisiones basada en insights. - Gestión de contratos y negociación avanzada. - Conocimiento end-to-end del proceso de abastecimiento. - Gestión financiera básica (costos, P&L, análisis de impacto).
