Role Description Looking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidates for the role of VA Ops, Ecomm, Market Coordinator. Compensation range: $2000 AUD / Monthly Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time. This is a hybrid, multi-functional support role working closely with management to drive day-to-day operations and business efficiency. You’ll be a key contributor across ecommerce, marketing, administration, systems coordination, and customer support, helping keep everything organised, on track, and running smoothly. The right person is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple areas of the business. You take ownership of your work, support workflow efficiency, and contribute to improving systems, online presence, and overall customer experience across a growing operation.
