Data Steward and Knowledge Manager – Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications
Intecon
• Manage, organize, and maintain data across NC3 and C2 portfolios. • Perform data validation, curation, and documentation for accuracy and completeness. • Support knowledge management by organizing operational and assessment information. • Track operational and assessment-related tasks. • Ensure data alignment with applicable policies, procedures, and enterprise standards. • Maintain SharePoint databases and repositories for C2 governance forums. • Support data-centric transformation of the J3 (Digital and AI Steward mission). • Prepare and manage information for decision-making and mission assurance. • Support deliverable tracking and version control.
Job Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with NC2-ESI eligibility.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience supporting data management, knowledge management, or operational recordkeeping within nuclear or command and control systems.
- Experience with SharePoint administration and content management.
- Knowledge of NC3/NC2 systems and conventional C2 systems.
- Experience with data governance frameworks and enterprise data standards.
- Familiarity with DoD data-centric transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of COP capabilities and reporting requirements.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project tracking tools.
