SAT Teacher - New York City Area Location: Remote/Nationwide, USA Part time Job Description Kaplan delivers innovative interventions and prep programs that help students advance their education to realize their potential. Our team uses teaching methods based on carefully curated curriculum and score-boosting strategies, and delivers unparalleled practice that adapts to the learner. In this role you will teach SAT students onsite, at various locations throughout NYC (including Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx), in an engaging classroom environment. Teaching will typically take place at a local high after school hours. Schedules will vary but typically consist of 9 two-hour sessions and 1-2 practice exams, meeting 1-3 times a week. Classes usually are held during the school year and on weekday afternoons or Saturdays. Teachers may also have the opportunity to teach and tutor college-bound students in a virtual setting throughout the year. You will receive paid training for both content areas and modalities. • Deliver technical training, customer service and other developmental training to new and experienced staff. • Create engaging learning environments using the capabilities within the tools available (e.g., Adobe and Teams). • Create and deliver custom training solutions, including quick-turn refreshers and specialized modules, to meet evolving operational requirements. • Prepare for each course by refreshing examples in training materials and handling program administration needs, such as communication, scheduling activities, and roster management. • Adhere to the training schedule, communicates any blockers or risks with leadership, and follows through with post-course wrap-up activities. • Participate in project work to support initiatives that enhance operational excellence • Responsible for delivering on-the-job training support while maintaining current knowledge of organizational processes and quality assurance standards to ensure compliance and effectiveness • Schedule and complete peer-to-peer mentor sessions to align with departmental goals, including feedback discussions. • Lead special projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation. • Consult and handle complex training-related issues and provide solutions. • Facilitate team meetings. • Other duties as assigned.

• Designs, develops, and delivers Labcorp LearningPath Learning Path for workplace drug test specimen collections • Authors and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for drug-free workplace specimen collection • Creates and updates promotional text for drug-free workplace testing • Develops and delivers learning material for external customers and specimen collectors • Manages content within Labcorp.com, Labcorp Solutions, The Point and One World pages • Uses collection data to pinpoint improvement areas • Maintains alignment with Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) guidelines • Supports internal and external audit requests by providing accurate compliance documentation

• This role is responsible for supporting the Education and Training team at CLSI and ensuring the seamless operation, administration, and enhancement of CLSI’s educational technology platforms, including the Learning Management System (LMS), digital credentialing tools, and webinar delivery systems. • By managing day-to-day workflows, maintaining high-quality learner support, and driving process improvements, this position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional educational experience. • Manage production logistics for webinars including scheduling, coordinating day-of details, organizing speaker planning and preparation meetings, and providing on call support for speakers and presenters. • Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the LMS to ensure a smooth and seamless learner experience. • Manage the day-to-day operations within the Accredible digital badging and certificate platform. • Program and manage user administration for CLSI-issued customer surveys (education and other product/user experience content).
