Available project work ranges depending on client needs and seasonal demand. If you are interested in full-time employment with Panorama, please see currently open opportunities on our Careers page. About the Role: Panorama Education is seeking experienced Professional Learning Consultants (1099) to design and deliver high-quality professional learning experiences for K–12 educators and leaders across the country. In this role, consultants partner closely with Panorama clients to facilitate engaging, outcomes-driven learning experiences that help school systems problem solve and move from insight to action using Panorama’s platform and data. This is a 1099 contractor role with project-based work that flexes based on client demand and consultant availability. We are currently prioritizing candidates who are located in California and can support West Coast client coverage, including availability during Pacific and/or Mountain Time business hours. While much of the work is delivered virtually, we are looking for consultants who are open to occasional onsite travel to client locations, based on project needs. This role is compensated at $80/hour, with most work scoped and paid using established project-based rates. Contract terms typically begin at six months, with the intention to extend based on performance, availability, and ongoing demand. Key Responsibilities: - Learn and become internally certified to lead 1-2 standard introductory product workshops during your first ~month - Deliver our high quality, standard earning experiences in-person and/or virtually for diverse groups of participants on a project-to-project basis, choosing the specific projects that align to your availability, interests, and expertise (available project work will range from ~10-30 hours per week, highly dependent on seasonal demand) - Design occasional custom learning experiences for educators, leaders, and other stakeholders in K12 school systems nationwide - Lend subject-matter expertise in K12 education to Panorama clients, specifically in domains such as Multi-Tiered Systems of Support, Social-Emotional Learning, School Climate and Culture, Equity and Inclusion, and/or other domains to specific professional learning engagements - Create and deliver experiences, resources and tools that move Panorama users from seeing data to acting on it
