Role Description MITER Brands is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager with a proven ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable marketing programs and campaigns. In this role, you will develop and implement brand strategies and product and channel-specific campaigns for both MITER Brands and MI Windows and Doors, with the objective of increasing brand awareness, deepening customer engagement, and driving profitability. - Activate the brands across multiple segments, including residential remodeling, new home construction, and multifamily. - Partner closely with the VP of Brand and Channel Marketing to execute marketing strategies aligned to defined KPIs. - Daily collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Senior Leadership to ensure that all brand marketing activities support sales growth and broader business initiatives. Responsibilities - Develop strategies that reinforce our guiding principles and brand values. - Develop channel-specific tools aligned with business goals and growth initiatives. - Manage cross-functional agency teams, stay on budget, and produce industry-leading work. - Manage the assigned marketing budget and ensure alignment with sales strategies to achieve business objectives. - Craft compelling messaging that highlights brand benefits and competitive advantages across all touchpoints, including presentations, websites, social media, videos, collateral, white papers, case studies, and PR. - Develop creative briefs and product-launch plans to ensure clear understanding of deliverables and success metrics. - Establish credibility as a thought leader in the B2B residential building-products space. - Maintain a consistent brand presence in accordance with brand guidelines. - Coordinate and schedule projects to ensure timely and accurate completion. - Collaborate with the Digital and Marketing Operations teams to maintain and optimize websites, SEO initiatives, and social media channels. - Facilitate and drive alignment between Sales, Product, and Senior Leadership stakeholders. - Create and present training presentations for Sales and Customers to align on new marketing initiatives. - Partner with the Digital and Marketing Operations teams to monitor market performance, customer feedback, and KPIs, recommending optimizations as needed. - Monitor and document competitor activity and broader industry trends. - Prepare status reports on marketing efforts, performance, and initiatives. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B marketing. - Demonstrated success in developing and launching market-leading communication programs. - Strong background in marketing strategy, print and digital marketing, lead generation, and web-content management. - Managed vendor sourcing, contracts, and budgeting across multiple initiatives. - Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot). - Experience in the construction or building-products industry preferred. - Experience managing a B2B marketing budget preferred. - Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. - Prior brand or marketing management experience preferred. - Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills consistent with Associated Press (AP) Style. - Excellent communication and analytical skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
