SAP AI Solution Architect (Director) Key Responsibilities: - Act as a thought leader, technical authority, and people leader, driving innovation, client value realization, and reusable assets across SAP programs. - Define the SAP enterprise-wide vision and roadmap for SAP BTP AI & Automation - Align SAP BTP AI & Automation offerings with NTT DATA's global SAP and Digital portfolios - Partner with SAP, hyperscalers, and ecosystem vendors on joint go-to-market initiatives - Engage and Lead CxO-level conversations on AI-led SAP modernization and automation value across strategic SAP accounts and transformation programs - Represent NTT DATA in SAP executive forums, innovation councils, and industry events - Establish and govern the AI & Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) - Define standards for architecture, delivery, security, and AI governance - Drive investment in accelerators, IP, and reusable assets - Collaborate, Build and lead a multi-region skill team - Define workforce strategy, certification targets, and succession planning - Promote innovation, diversity, and engineering excellence culture Basic Qualifications: Must Have's - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. - 15+ years of experience in modern solution development, architecture, and implementation of SAP Automation and AI projects or similar SAP Projects. - Deep knowledge of SAP technologies: S/4HANA, SAP BTP, AI Core, AI Launchpad, Data Intelligence, Joule. - Strong architectural design and system integration skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Proven leadership in cross-functional team environments. - Commitment to continuous learning in evolving AI and SAP technologies. Travel: This position requires travel on need basis. Nice to Have (but not a must): - Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and programming languages. - DevOps knowledge (CI/ CD, Jenkins, Pipeline Management) - Hands on experience development AI/ML Solutions using BTP AI Services - Hands-on experience in BTP Process Automation, RPA bot development is advantage Minimum / Required Qualification - 15+ years of SAP experience in Solution development, Architecturing and Implementation of SAP Automation. - 10+ years of Solution Architect - 5+ years of S/4 HANA, IBP experience - 1+ year of SAP AI experience. Must reside in the US Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $182,115.00-$252,938.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
