Human Resources & Operations Generalist – I

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including opening and closing requisitions, conducting phone and AI screenings, scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, gathering feedback, and partnering with hiring managers throughout the process. • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including client onboarding, orientation, HRIS and client documentation, and coordination with hiring managers to ensure readiness. • Coordinate employee offboarding to ensure a smooth and respectful transition, including conducting exit interviews for voluntary separations. • Maintain accurate, current employee records, documents, and internal HR files across trackers and the ADP HRIS system. • Manage inboxes and administrative tasks, including calendar coordination, email organization, feedback consolidation, ad hoc meeting requests, and correspondence. • Assist with collecting annual performance feedback. • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including document management, data entry, and report preparation. • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures. • Assign required security and compliance training to new hires and employees during annual refresh cycles. • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR and operations. • Prepare, organize, and maintain HR and operational documentation, including standard operating procedures. • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the broader administrative needs of the HR and Operations departments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly.
