Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in human resources or related field, or 3-5 years of experience in lieu of degree
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Strong analytical skills and highly computer literate with capability in Outlook, MS Office and related business and communications tools
- Meticulous attention to detail a must
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality.
