Business Systems Engineer

• Own, optimize, and integrate a growing portfolio of business applications • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to design and implement applications and Salesforce solutions • Review the architecture, design, code, and provide approval • Implement and maintain Internet and intranet applications using Salesforce • Assist with requirements gathering and analysis, business process modeling, and workflow development • Manage day-to-day development processes such as version control, code deployments, and process management • Create and manage custom code, custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes • Develop and document regression, use case, and unit testing scenarios • Proactively identify and propose areas where AI/automation can be leveraged to streamline workflows
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or Business Systems Analyst/Engineer
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including configuration and custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components)
- Experience with system integrations and API management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to be a 'go-getter,' take initiative, and work independently
- Willingness to train and adapt quickly to new technologies and business processes on the fly
