• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable software services that ensure transactional integrity and manage the high-volume ingestion of billions of metering events. • Develop complex rating engines for multi-dimensional pricing while integrating external tax engines to ensure global accuracy and regulatory compliance. • Build and maintain pipelines for generating immutable, localized PDF invoices that meet strict regulatory requirements. • Partner with cross-disciplinary teams to translate business needs into software solutions, managing project priorities to ensure timely delivery.

• Lead end-to-end SAP MM & WM implementations, rollouts, support, and enhancement projects. • Independently drive project discussions with business stakeholders, leadership teams, warehouse operations teams, and IT teams. • Work as a solution owner for SAP MM/WM-related initiatives and provide strategic recommendations to business users. • Handle projects single-handedly from requirement gathering through go-live and hypercare support when required. • Work closely with offshore teams and coordinate with functional, technical, integration, and infrastructure teams. • Analyze business processes and propose scalable SAP-driven solutions for warehouse and procurement optimization. • Configure and support: Purchasing, Inventory Management, Logistics Invoice Verification, Warehouse Management RF processes, Put away & Picking strategies, Storage Unit Management, Batch Management. • Support inbound, outbound, replenishment, cycle counting, physical inventory, and shipping processes. • Work on integration between SAP and external WMS/3PL systems. • Coordinate with EDI and middleware teams for interface design, issue resolution, and enhancements. • Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments. • Lead SIT, UAT, defect management, cutover planning, and production support activities. • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and warehouse optimization projects. • Create project documentation, SOPs, training materials, and knowledge transfer documents. • Act as a primary point of contact for SAP MM/WM-related escalations and critical issue resolution.

• Run regular maintenance, testing, and reconciliations to keep revenue recognition and financial processes accurate and compliant. • Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, and support enhancements across finance systems and integrations. • Support testing, validation, and rollout of new features, upgrades, and bug fixes. • Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards to support month-end close and ongoing business needs. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and resolve data integrity issues. • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support to internal stakeholders.

• Support client deployments of Lina's products; • Monitor schedules, technical deliveries, and Go-Lives; • Follow up with clients and internal teams; • Assist clients with testing, certifications, and API integrations; • Help monitor regulatory milestones and deadlines; • Support status meetings and operational alignments; • Work alongside Development, Regulatory, Support, Sales, and Customer Success teams; • Assist in identifying risks and tracking action plans; • Prepare operational reports, presentations, and executive updates; • Ensure effective communication and a positive client experience during deployments.
