HR Intern – Recruitment and Training
Gaea21
• Identify recruitment needs in collaboration with project coordinators • Write and distribute job postings to schools and universities • Perform sourcing and conduct recruitment interviews • Support new hires’ integration: onboarding, assignment coaching, and mentoring • Assist with administrative management: internship agreements, tools, and remote work • Deliver HR training sessions (tools, processes, soft skills) • Monitor and validate HR learning pathways and acquired competencies • Contribute to HR monitoring and the development of our collaborative HRIS
Job Requirements
- Education (ongoing, upcoming, or completed) in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or Occupational/Work Psychology
- Strong motivation for HR, training, and people-focused project management
- Organized, autonomous, and proactive
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and strong written and verbal communication
- Good command of collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Notion)
- Minimum French level: B2 (English is a plus)
