• Help define and evolve the technology and product strategy for Allergan Aesthetics initiatives. • Translate business objectives, user needs, and market trends into actionable roadmap recommendations. • Develop business cases, opportunity assessments, and impact models to support strategic decision-making. • Identify whitespace opportunities, emerging needs, and long-term innovation areas. • Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities, surface dependencies, and define execution approach. • Lead evaluation of partnership, integration, and platform opportunities as needed. • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear strategic recommendations for senior leaders. • Monitor progress against objectives and help measure business outcomes tied to strategic initiatives. • Contribute to a user-centered approach that keeps the customer and consumer experience at the center of product decisions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, digital transformation, or a related discipline, including 3+ years at a top consulting firm preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and turn ambiguous questions into actionable plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building business cases, evaluating tradeoffs, and making data-informed recommendations.
  • Proven track record of collaborating across functions and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly to varied audiences.
