• You translate Nagarro’s technological excellence (e.g., cloud, AI, cyber security, IoT) into strategic industry solutions • You identify market trends and customer needs across the entire Energy & Utilities value chain and develop compelling value propositions • You lead interdisciplinary expert teams through complex tender processes • You structure our service portfolio for the energy sector and develop scalable solution approaches ("assets") • You act as a diplomatic moderator in our matrix organization, aligning resources and ensuring that customers experience Nagarro as one integrated partner
Job Requirements
- A deep understanding of the energy sector (Energy & Utilities) as well as the major transformation drivers (decarbonization, digitalization, decentralization)
- The ability to abstract technical concepts and articulate their economic value ("business value") for different segments (renewables, trading, grid, retail)
- Experience in business development, consulting, or solution management for complex IT/engineering solutions
- Strong Communication Skills: You are fluent in both “business” and “technology” and can engage equally well with business leaders and IT architects
- Orchestration Skills: You feel comfortable in agile matrix structures and know how to lead experts from different disciplines toward a common goal
- Languages: You communicate confidently and navigate our international Nagarro network comfortably in English and in German
