• Lead and scale a regional organization of Solution Architects, guiding your team to maximize post-sale impact within enterprise accounts. • Partner with Sales, AI Deployment Managers (ADM), Field Engineering, and Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) to build a joint operating model, ensuring seamless transitions from pre-sales evaluations to long-term technical success. • Champion critical executive relationships, directly influencing the technical roadmaps of platform leaders and C-suite executives to drive account expansion. • Own and uphold a rigorous team standard, running calibration disciplines to build a top-tier technical organization. • Develop repeatable frameworks, deployment playbooks, and standardized procedures for advanced workflow design and adoption. • Channel regional field intelligence into structured, actionable feedback for Product and Engineering teams to continuously shape the platform's future.

• Develop a 'master-level' understanding of ODAIA’s product architecture and data strategies • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to pharma commercial leaders and executives • Partner with Sales to land and shape strategic accounts • Lead technical discovery and deliver high-impact technical demonstrations and POCs • Identify technical risks early and partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to value realization

• Provides functional and technical leadership for the definition, design, and delivery of First Quality’s manufacturing systems • Works with business leadership to document a clear vision of a business problem/opportunity and how it supports the business plan • Ensures sound integration of processes and assigned systems across FQ • Ensures adherence to IT Architecture principles and guidelines • Ensures optimal application performance and maintainability of assigned systems thus enabling scalability and continuous updates from software vendors • Stays current on emerging manufacturing technologies • Supports and optimizes the MES systems (Proficy, PARCview) as well as MES bolt-on solutions (i.e., Loftware, NiceLabel, etc.) • Works with plant personnel and Divisional IT Leaders to understand and address business requirements

- Support clients during MCP integrations and onboarding. - Troubleshoot integration issues and identify root causes. - Review logs, API responses, and implementation patterns. - Work closely with AI engineers to resolve technical issues. - Provide technical guidance and best practices to client teams. - Participate in client calls as a technical advisor. - Create and improve documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides. - Help identify recurring issues and opportunities for process improvement.
